Shawn and NJ Office Systems are the best. Good products, and great customer service. They stand by the products they sell 100%. Last year, thinking I would save some money, I decided to buy non-OEM cartridges. When they developed problems a few months ago, Shawn had me return them to the supplier, and was able to get money back for me. I now use genuine HP toners, which NJOS offers for less than Staples or HP, with free delivery. I highly recommend both the products and service from NJ Office Systems.

Sean got us out of our old machine, which was well overpriced and frankly sucked, our new machine prints better, faster, and cleaner, and it is much less expensive. New Jersey Office Solutions is one of the best copier companies in the State of New Jersey. President Shawn Donelson met with me on a weekend because I needed to get my copier set up in a hurry. At a great price, he got me a fantastic Kyocera TaskAlfa copier that is better than most of the machines I’ve seen in office environments. He also got me multi-function printer for use at my home office as well.
Not long after I got the copier, I was so pleased with the machine that I had Shawn add a finisher to my copier for a great price. He later had the machine moved to my new office location and leased me an industrial shredder that can handle my law practices’s needs and does not require oiling.
The pricing has always been fair and Shawn has always made himself available to me regardless of the day or time I needed him. The company comes out regularly to maintain the machine and I’ve had very few problems with jamming or other errors common with copiers.
Without Shawn’s copiers, I would have had a much harder time launching my law firm. I highly recommend him and all the staff at New Jersey Office Systems!
